Description:
We build the capacity of the nations’ child welfare workforce through activities that strengthen skills of leadership at every level within the organization. We promote leadership development through the dissemination of best and promising leadership practices, developing curriculum to build leaders’ knowledge and skills and evaluating leadership training.
Capacities:
- Derive promising practices in leadership skill development
- Prepare and disseminate topically focused resource packets to support leadership of change initiatives within public and tribal child welfare agencies
- Evaluate leadership training for middle managers and supervisors
