Description:
The purpose of a training delivery system is to develop and incorporate training into a system that will equip and support child welfare staff with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to provide high quality comprehensive services to families and children. We work with agencies to create integrated training structures, policies, initiatives and activities to promote and achieve consistency, clarity and communication in child welfare training and practice.
