Description:
We provide training to child welfare workers, supervisors, community partners, foster parents, public health workers and legal partners throughout the nation. Our work incorporates the most current knowledge about best, evidence-informed, and promising practices and policies in child welfare. Training is interactive, addresses various adult learning styles and is conducted by a staff of expert trainers, all with direct child welfare experience.
Capacities:
- Over 25 child welfare content areas for all levels of child welfare staff and stakeholders
- Efficient management of all aspects of training
- Review and evaluation of training and training transfer to the work place
- Training adaptation to meet the specific needs of the organization
