Description:
With a focus on organizational health, we build the capacity of the nations’ child welfare workforce through site-specific interventions designed to address workforce issues, including climate and culture, at every level of the organization. Strengthening the workforce through organizational assessment and multi-level interventions increases staff retention and improves outcomes for families involved in the child welfare system.
