Course Description:

Sometimes workers struggle with adequately performing their job responsibilities. This impacts you, your unit, and the families they serve. As a supervisor, this one-day training will help you approach this difficult topic with your worker and explore the reasons for the underperformance. Apply techniques learned to elicit positive change and improve the outcomes for you, your worker, the agency, and the families you serve.
