Course Description:

Supervision is a key component to the FAR paradigm shift.   ‘Advanced Supervision: Catalyzing Change’, is the second FAR curriculum designed to enhance concepts learned in previous FAR trainings and to allow participants to practice the advanced tools that will hone their skills in supervising the practice shift of FAR within their FAR teams and across their agencies.  This day is specifically designed for supervisors, managers and administrators who are responsible for direct FAR practice with families, CPS practice within several CPS units and as a significant component in their county’s array of services for children and families.

This training is by INVITATION ONLY.

Target Audience:
This training is by INVITATION ONLY and is mandatory for all NY FAR managers and supervisors. It is also recommend that agency administrators and additional CPS supervisors attend.

There is no charge to attend this training, but attendance is by INVITATION ONLY.
