Course Description:

Do you want to improve your skills in focusing and motivating your staff in supervision?

As a supervisor, this two-day skills-based training will guide you through applying Solution-Focused and  Motivational Interviewing elements in supervision to help you focus on building the problem solving and critical thinking skills of your workers.

You will have the opportunity to learn and practice techniques that will enable you to work more collaboratively with your staff on both cases and practical issues. The techniques you learn are strength based, pragmatic and constructive.
