Course Description:
Do you want to improve your skills in focusing and motivating your staff in supervision?
As a supervisor, this two-day, skills-based training will guide you through applying Solution-Focused & Motivational Interviewing elements in supervision so that you can focus on improvement and best practice.
You will have the opportunity to learn and practice various techniques that will enable you to work collaboratively with your staff on both cases and practical issues.
These techniques are:
- Strength-based
- Pragmatic
- Constructive
This course will help you enhance the work that is done between your workers and their clients.
