Course Description:
Sometimes child welfare supervision seems like it is all about checking compliance and deadlines. But in reality you are probably doing more to help your workers improve their practice than you know!
When you attend this two-day training, you’ll sharpen and improve your clinical supervision skills by learning to:
- Ask probing questions
- Help your workers assess information
- Keep your supervision both reflective and discussion-oriented
- Use group supervision as a clinical tool
