• Teams:
• 2 Registrations - $150 total team cost
• 3 Registrations - $200 total team cost
• 4 Registrations - $250 total team cost

Payment Information:

• Registration & Payment Deadline: June 30, 2008
• No refunds available once registration is paid and complete.
• Payment can be made online or by mailing a check.
• Checks should be made payable to the University of Denver and mailed to: Butler Institute for Families, University of Denver, 2148 S. High Street, Denver, CO 80208.
• Please note what team or individual’s registration you are making payment for on any mailed checks.
