Instructions for Submitting the Call for Papers:

Call for Papers is now closed.

Please contact Charmaine Brittain at Charmaine.Brittain@du.edu or 303.871.6336 if you have any questions about this process.

1. Download the Call for Papers form: ScalingTheSummit_CallForPapers.doc. This is a Microsoft Word Document.

2. Fill out the form completely. You are able to type in the form fields in the document.

3. Save the document. Do this by clicking File > Save As > and then choose the location on your computer you want to save the document to. You can then email the proposal to others (if you choose) for review before submitting it.

4. Submit your Call for Papers in one of three ways:

• Email: Submit your electronic form to Charmaine.Brittain@du.edu.
• Mail: Print out the form. Mail your proposal to: University of Denver, Butler Institute for Families, Attn: Charmaine Brittain, 2148 S. High Street, Denver, CO 80208.
• Fax: Print out the form. Fax it to (303) 871-4980.

5. All proposals are due by March 31, 2008
