Senior Research Associate

A search for a full-time Senior Research Associate with the Butler Institute for Families at the University of Denver in underway. The successful candidate will a minimum of a Masters degree in social work or related field, although a Ph.D is strongly preferred, with at least five years of program evaluation experience. Reporting to the research director, this position will be responsible for conducting evaluations of large statewide child welfare implementation initiatives. This position requires strong skills in evaluation planning, design, data collection and analysis and reporting, as well proficiency in SPSS and statistical analyses and interpretation. Other skills include evaluation project management, and excellent writing and communication skills.
