This training prepares future facilitators to conduct the learning circles intervention. Training participants will learn:

• How the learning circles reflect the learning culture of a learning organization
• The process for conducting the learning circles
• Approaches to finding and integrating best and promising practices
• Skills for conducting the learning circles groups

Project sites will come together for this training to prepare for the implementation phase of the learning circles intervention and build the knowledge and skills necessary for successful implementation.
