Class Description:

In this workshop, we will explore ways to understand and interact with youth based on their cultural differences (including ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and lifestyle) and help them build on their cultural foundations to prepare for the transition from out-of-home care to living independently.

 

Target Audience:

Independent living caseworkers, Chaffee workers, adolescent caseworkers, foster Parents, kinship care providers and adoptive parents.
