Class Description:

Bring your own Safety Plan to share and work on improving with the group or simply learn by helping others work on theirs in this interactive, hands-on training.

This training will allow participants to:

  • Discuss Colorado’s revised safety model.
  • Apply the safety model to a number of case studies and practice using the improved safety assessment tool.
  • Compare and discuss safety decisions.
  • Develop practices to ensure consistent application of the safety model across the state.

 

Target Audience:

Intake and Ongoing Child Welfare Workers, Supervisors, and Administrators.
